Jules Verne - Eiffel Tower
There are restaurants and then there are restaurants. Typically, restaurants that have amazing views have terrible and overpriced food. However, Jules Verne was a delight both to my eyes and taste buds! It was my husband's and my first wedding anniversary so we decided to splurge on lunch at the Alain Ducasse restaurant in the Eiffel Tower (we had baguettes and fromage the rest of the trip). We lucked out with an upgrade to a table right at the window and took in the gorgeous views of Paris in between portions of the tower. Not having to wait in long lines to get into the tower and the views from the private elevator to the restaurant alone were (almost) worth the price of lunch itself. The meal was delicious and who can resist food with flowers?
